DO I NEED DANCE EXPERIENCE PRIOR TO STARTING?

No previous dance experience is necessary! We understand that for some, this may be your first dance class, and for others maybe it's your 3rd or even 20th!

We will work with you to choreograph a routine that will leave you feeling super confident and excited to perform. Our goal is to help you as a couple connect on a 'dance' level & make it fun and enjoyable so you don't have to worry about nerves on your special day! 

HOW MANY LESSONS DO I NEED?

The number of lessons you decide to do is totally up to you, however we believe a minimum of 3 lessons will provide an ideal amount of time to get you Show Ready. These lessons can be spaced out depending on your schedules and Wedding date.

These lessons will allow us to focus on all aspects of the performance including style, performance quality, confidence and technique. 

CLASS STRUCTURE:

We will commence our lessons promptly at the appointed time and finish 45 minutes thereafter.

Unless you make contact if running late, the teacher will wait up to 15 minutes but after that period will consider it a cancelled lesson and may close the premises without notice if it is the last lesson of the day.

MUSIC CHOICE & DURATION OF ROUTINE

You may choose your First Dance song however it may need to be cut depending on its length/ package you select. We are also happy to provide music suggestions for you to choose from if you need a little inspiration. Song editing is available for $30.00 if an MP3 file is provided.

WHAT STYLES OF DANCE DO YOU OFFER?

What's special about us is that we offer a wider range of dance styles than most other studios would have. We can (upon request) infuse traditional Ballroom & Latin Dance styles with sections of Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary and even Tap! We will work with you to discover which styles sit with you best and which styles will match your music well.

PAYMENT FOR LESSONS:

Studios require payment prior to your lesson date, therefore Wedding Dance Packages as well as Individual lessons must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your Lesson(s) will be confirmed once payment has been received and the studio has been booked. 

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Cancellations or postponements of booked lessons can be made up to 24 hours prior to the lesson time, but the lesson will be charged at full rate if it is cancelled or postponed less than 24 hours prior. 

Less than 48 hours prior will be charged 50% rate . 

Paid in advance lesson packages and unused portions of the Special Discounted lesson packages are non-refundable once the expiry date has been reached.

FILMING & RECORDING

The teacher will record your dance routine at the end of each lesson so you can practice at home. This will be sent to you or filmed on your device.
